Starting on December 10th, a new payTV platform named BIS will be launched by AB Groupe. The platform will be broadcast for two key video neighborhoods for satTV in France and will be available to customers from Eutelsat's HOT BIRD neighborhood at 13° E and from Atlantic Bird 3 at 5° W.
