Headquarters Air Force Space Command was the location for an assemblage of some 70 senior leaders and experts from across the Services, joint agencies and Intelligence Community to discuss what lays ahead for Operationally Responsive Space. A clearly defined joint process for identifying and developing ORS requirements and capabilities was the objective of the conference.
