Hexagon AB [STO:HEXA B] and NovAtel Inc [NASDAQ:NGPS] are going to be the fastest of friends… the firms have entered into a definitive agreement under which Hexagon has agreed to acquire all the outstanding shares of NovAtel for US$50D per share.
