Now joining Thales Communications, Inc., is Cesar A. (Tony) Urenda. Mr. Urenda is joining the tactical communications team as the business development manager and his primary responsibility will be to liaison with the U.S. Special Operations forces. He has more than 40 years of communications experience, 14 years with industry and 26 years with the U.S. Air Force and joint service ops.
