It's a win-win for RBC Signals and ODYSSEUS Space as ODYSSEUS Space will make available to RBC Signals, and its commercial satellite operator customers, the excess capacity of four of Taiwan National Space Agency (NSPO) key ground station antennas.
RBC Signals is a multi-national company that delivers the flexible and cost-effective delivery of real-time data from satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) or LEOP missions. ODYSSEUS Space provides support at all phases, from feasibility studies to space operations, for space activities in Asia and worldwide, with a focus on small satellites and related novel deep space and swarm solutions. The RBC Signals global ground station network currently includes more than 62 antennas in over 41 strategic locations worldwide.
Strategically situated in various locations across Taiwan, the antennas will expand RBC Signals’ coverage capabilities in the key southeast Asian region. This collaboration will enhance RBC Signals’ global ground infrastructure network, coverage and capabilities. RBC Signals combines the excess capacity of existing ground stations with RBC-owned stations located strategically across the globe to provide real-time, low latency data delivery and data processing capabilities. The company is the first provider in the space communications sector using a shared economy business model to enhance both service and affordability for commercial operators with satellite constellations in Low Earth Orbit.
