Prior to this appointment, Emmanuel Grave was in the Aerospace Division of Thales, SVP, in charge of the avionics business, cabin electronics (In-Flight Entertainment, connectivity, power generation), for the customers, aircraft manufacturers and airlines, worldwide.
He joined the Thales group in 1978, in the Air Traffic Management domain; in 2002 he became CEO of Thales Airborne Systems, then CEO of Thales Avionics in 2004, and VP of the GEAD (Equipment Industry of GIFAS), member of the ASD Transport commission.
Emmanuel Grave graduated from the “Ecole Supérieure d’ Electricité” and holds an MBA from INSEAD. He is a Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honour.
