Intelsat Ltd. has announced their subsidiary, Intelsat Subsidiary Holding Company, Ltd. (“Intelsat Sub Holdco”), intends to offer senior notes (the “notes”), the net proceeds of which will be used to fund Intelsat Sub Holdco’s cash tender offer with respect to Intelsat, Ltd.’s outstanding 7.625 percent Senior Notes due 2012 and 6.50 percent Senior Notes due 2013.
