Firefly Aerospace, Inc. and RUAG Space have signed a Long-term Purchase Agreement for Separation Systems.
This new contract creates a supplier agreement for Firefly launch vehicles. And this long-term contract is for multiple launches using a RUAG Space separation system (payload adapter) from RUAG Space in Linköping, Sweden. In addition, both parties recognize future business prospects based on Firefly’s Alpha launch vehicle.

Dr. Tom Markusic, CEO of Firefly Aerospace, said that the company is the acknowledged leader in flight heritage separation systems. This agreement with RUAG provides the firm's customers with the highest level of assurance that their spacecraft missions will be successful.
Peter Guggenbach, CEO of RUAG Space added the company has been expanding its business in the small launcher market in recent years and this new partnership with Firefly seeks to extend that impact in this market.
