…MediaPulse Platform at IBC 2012. MediaPulse is uniquely positioned to offer out of the box automation for the entire production ecosystem, offering rapid integration to any MAM, delivery system, transcoder, or file management system in the supply chain. Workflows, whether ad hoc or templated, are driven by Xytech’s unique event orchestration technology, managing all activities in an order and automatically monitoring individual tasks for revenue and cost tracking. MediaPulse’s off the shelf approach to complex, automated digital chains delivers an ROI unthinkable just three years ago. Major extensions and integrations of Xytech’s MediaPulse Platform will be on demonstration in Amsterdam, including:
- MediaPulse Digital Order—MediaPulse Digital Order allows clients to simplify the automation of the digital supply chain through out-of-the-box integration to all subsystems in the ecosystem. When used in conjunction with Compass, all participants in the media services chain can drive a truly automated, federated workflow encompassing all elements of asset tracking, operational mastery, and financial reconciliation for the first time
- MediaPulse Compass—MediaPulse Compass allows you to navigate the federated digital supply chain with ease. Compass speeds the entry of complicated Media Orders, drives intercompany automation and collaborations, eliminates redundant data entry, and creates an ecosystem of linked participants in the digital supply chain
- iOS Apps—Xytech offers the perfect iPad and iPhone extensions to MediaPulse. The MediaPulse App is a native iOS application allowing users to view, create, and update statuses of MediaPulse Media Orders, Operations, and Time Card records
Xytech has also made a series of important operational announcements over the past six months, including:
- Founder and CEO, Richard Gallagher announced the company’s strongest sales quarters in its 20-year history earlier this year, and Xytech is on track to announce that 2012 will be its biggest year to date
- Greg Dolan, formerly Executive Vice President for the company, has been named chief Operating Officer, reflecting Xytech’s need to structurally accommodate a dynamic expansion in its market sector. The Xytech team and operations have grown in the UK with the addition of Barry Lyne, Director of Sales, EMEA, and the unveiling of new and expanded offices in London’s Soho district
