Under the terms of the deal, all maritime domain awareness (MDA) intelligence derived from Satellogic’s next-generation Merlin satellite constellation will be delivered exclusively through SynMax’s Theia analytics platform.

The Merlin constellation serves as the primary connected detection layer for Satellogic’s Persistent Global Intelligence (PGI) network. The platforms combine optical Earth observation sensors with integrated signal intelligence collection to remap high-priority maritime corridors daily.
