Mundus Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MNDP), a VTOL UAV technology provider, is acquiring AirStar International, a leader in remote controlled VTOL UAV camera copters for surveillance, aerial photography, and aerial delivery systems for environmental compliance, and UAV drones as a ducted fan UAV (Unmanned Air Vehicle).
Mundus Group will acquire 100 percent of AirStar International‘s assets, 100 percent AirStar stock/ownership, ongoing business and profits, patents, contracts, rights, and technology of AirStar International, including zero debt. This includes all previous, current, and future contracts with the United States Navy, United States Army, Military, Air Force, Northrop Grumman, Government Agencies, EPA Environmental, Guided System Technologies, Sony Pictures, Universal, FOX, DreamWorks, Columbia, CBS, ABC, NBC, and more. The CEO of Mundus Group, Josef Obermeier, signed agreements with AirStar International and is planning to complete this acquisition at a rapid pace.
