Tracking A Follow-On Contract Is Comtech Telecommunications Corp.

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ:CMTL) last week announced their Maryland-based subsidiary, Comtech Mobile Datacom Corporation, received a $2.6 million follow-on contract from the Joint Contracting Command (JCC) — Iraq. The contract is to supply commercial transceivers, satellite capacity, program management, and related technical support services for Comtech‘s Quick Deploy Satellite System (QDSS). The QDSS is used by The Logistics Directorate of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Gulf Region Division (GRD), as part of a comprehensive plan to ensure the safe and efficient movement of supplies and equipment dedicated to Iraqi reconstruction efforts.—Melville, New York
