Télécoms Sans Frontières’ mission in Bangladesh after the strike on the country by Cyclone Sidr on November 15th finds the team continuing their needs assessment as far as emergecy telecom for rescue teams is concerned. The organization has deployed three comm centers in the affected regions. Plus, TSF experts have also widened the network coverage of the comm centers that were deployed by the United Stations prior to the disaster, throught the installation of Wi-Fi antennas so that the maximum number of aid workers could access the internet. TSF is deployed mainly in Barisal, Barguna, Bagerhat and Pirojpur. Their main focus now is to support the humanitarian community by assisting cyclone survivors—Pau, France
