SpaceX plans a Tuesday launch of Starlink Group 9-9 V2 Mini satellites to low Earth orbit from SLC-4E, Vandenberg at 4:30 a.m. PDT (7:30 a.m. EDT, 1130 UTC).
A little more than eight minutes after liftoff, the first stage booster will land on the SpaceX droneship, ‘Of Course I Still Love You.’
