The Vernon Valley Teleport (VVT) is now operating 25 antennas supporting GEO satellites as part of USEI-operated 200 antennas worldwide, including a network of tri-band capable full-motion antennas in Germany, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Australia, South Korea, Chile and Mexico. The USEI global customer base includes the world’s largest satellite and network fleet operators for mission-critical services in commercial, government, global observation, and situational awareness applications. In addition, USEI also provides antenna hosting, smart hands, and full maintenance support for customer-furnished antenna systems.
USEI is a privately held, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 1985 and headquartered in Brewster, Washington State. VVT is the USEI East Coast USA teleport, complimenting the Brewster, WA West Coast teleport. Vernon Valley offers coverage for the AOR and Americas regions, supporting service to satellites from 3° West to 143° West. The VVT Earth station infrastructure covers the US domestic arc along with the Atlantic Ocean Region, Central America, South America, Africa and Europe. VVT is located on 128 acres in the Vernon Valley, NJ Township. From VVT, USEI provides essential satellite and terrestrial communication services to commercial and government customers worldwide. The Vernon Valley teleport is licensed for C-, Extended C-, Ku-, Extended Ku-, and Ka-bands.
VVT is located less than 60 miles from New York City and has a robust power infrastructure with eight generators and five UPS systems delivering AB power to every rack. To date, VVT has added seven antenna systems with plans for three more to follow as part of its campus expansion engineered and constructed by the USEI staff with plans for another expansion in the near future.
