GomSpace ApS (”GomSpace”) a subsidiary of GomSpace Group AB (publ), has entered a delivery contract with the American company SpaceQuest, Ltd.GomSpace business operations are mainly conducted through the wholly-owned Danish subsidiary, GomSpace ApS, with operational office in Aalborg, Denmark. GomSpace is a space company with a mission to be engaged in the global market for space systems and services by introducing new products, i.e., components, platforms and systems, based on innovation within professional nanosatellites.
SpaceQuest was an early innovator of microsatellites and today is a leading developer of smallsats and advanced satellite technologies for government, university and commercial customers. The company specializes in the design, development, testing and manufacture of spacecraft as well as space and ground components for operation with LEOg satellites. Since the firm's inception, SpaceQuest has built and launched 18 satellites, manufactured and delivered hundreds of satellite components for dozens of customers and helped pioneer the collection of global AIS data from space.
