GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO) has signed an agreement with AttachaPack LLC to acquire the exclusive licensing rights of GTX Corp’s enterprise GPS Tracking platform and miniaturized two-way GPS with SOS and emergency voice capabilities to be embedded in backpacks.
Founded in California by a career police officer, AttachaPack™ offers a range of innovative backpacks that feature interchangeable pockets in hundreds of patterns so kids can easily customize and create their own backpack. Providing peace of mind for the parents, the backpacks also feature advanced safety options like a built-in GPS tracker with text- and voice-enabled SOS, a bullet-proof shield, and a solar panel that charges mobile devices.
AttachaPack has placed its initial order of GPS SOS- and voice- enabled micro devices and is soft launching this week with a limited product line available via Amazon. The official hard launch, with a full product line, is slated for mid August in time for back-to-school.
