Arabsat… @ IBC2012 With… (Satellites—Services)

….International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, 6 – 11 September 2012. This convention is considered the largest international gathering attended by a large number of Satellite TV broadcasting and Telecom officials where they can display state-of-the-art technology in satellite broadcasting, in addition to offering many seminars and lectures relevant to the industry.

Eng. Khalid Balkhyour, President & CEO of Arabsat, said that the Company’s presence in IBC for the 8th consecutive year an opportunity to meet again with customers and partners from all over the world, especially through the firm’s office in Paris that acts as a link between satellite services providers in Europe, the United States and Francophone countries, who use Arabsat satellites. As Arabsat has strategic partnerships with many of TV broadcasters & satellite Telecommunications services providers. Our share of this market has grown significantly over the past five years in the broadcasting and satellite telecommunications sectors and becomes a major part of Arabsat satellite capacities. We hope our presence at this conference would develop existing partnerships as well as create new opportunities for Arabsat in this market.
