Newtec Business Partner Program Many Want To Be Part Of bePART®

October 4, 2011

[SatNews] Don’t leave home without it…and many at IBC 2011 have done just that.

In Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America global brands within the satellite communications industry have been quick to join Newtec’s brand new Business Partner Program, called bePART®. The satellite specialist unveiled the partner-driven initiative globally at the IBC 2011 show. It is designed to ensure customers have local access and support to Newtec’s comprehensive and unique range of products anywhere in the world.

Since the global launch, and in only a few weeks, more than fifteen companies on five continents have joined the initiative that will change the way end-users and partners interact with Newtec.

Jorge Moya, CEO of Argentinean broadcast equipment provider OM Systems, said: “We design, implement and provide advanced technology solutions for broadcast and telecommunications companies. Being able to offer complete solutions in region adds a lot of value for our customers. Quick and flexible services can make a real difference. This is just one of the ways the program will benefit us and our customers.”

African Union Communications (Pty) Ltd CEO Villiers Joubert, added: “We have always enjoyed our working relationship with Newtec as it places a strong focus on its partners. Our customers are very satisfied with the quality and performance of the Newtec products, that’s one of the reasons why we proactively looked to join the Newtec bePART Business Partner Program. It will help us to provide even better services and support to our customer. We also feel it will boost our operations enabling us to take advantage of the strength of both brands.”

Business Partners will benefit from the unique combination of industry leading products, specialized training specific to their customers’ needs and support as well as joint brand reputations.

Newtec CEO Serge Van Herck commented: “Newtec understands that business partners need to be competitive and profitable in order to grow, and that is exactly what the Newtec Business Partner Program focuses on. Working with partners helps us to be closer to our customers. Our business partners add extra value through their local presence, local market knowledge and additional solutions that better serve the needs of end-users.”

Claus Peeters, Global Channel Director added: “The success of our business partners is our success. I would like to welcome all new partners to the team shaping ‘The Future of Satellite Communications’. Launching our partner program is a key element of our new indirect go-to-market model. The quick uptake confirms that our partners support the direction we are going.”
