Tomenchok and Dahl will concentrate on enhancing customer care and service through strategic business development and operational excellence. They will maximize company resources across the enterprise to ensure that Encompass remains focused on its core services and delivers positive results for its clients.

To reinforce this mission, the company has assembled a dynamic team to head its client business solutions initiatives.

Tomenchok will be responsible for maintaining and expanding Encompass’ client relationships. She will explore and define customers’ needs and lead the effort to fulfill their current and future growth demands. As part of the senior team, Tomenchok will also incorporate her vast industry knowledge and client outlook into the company strategy.

Prior to Encompass, Tomenchok was Senior Director of Distribution and Content Sales for Comcast Media Center in Denver, CO. She managed the CMC’s business relationships with all cable networks – from programmers with many linear networks to independent providers. With over 20 years in the industry, Tomenchok has taken the business lead on the launch of over 50 networks, negotiated business deals, maintained contractual obligations and generated new revenue with a staff responsible for over $30 million annually. Tomenchok is a graduate of Colorado State University. She is also an alumnus of Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.

Dahl will serve as a liaison between the company’s operations and clients, further developing proactive customer strategies and creating synergies between Encompass’ Los Angeles and Atlanta facilities. With in-depth knowledge of internal infrastructure and processes, she will ensure client satisfaction as it relates to operational procedures. In addition, Dahl will plan and execute new business initiatives; however, her primary objective is to maintain the company’s existing client roster.
