Globecomm Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM) has launched their Tempo(sm) Enterprise Media Platform, which is a hosted terrestrial service that provides enterprises with a single platform to deliver interactive training, employee communications, and digital display to global audiences. Tempo provides a secure platform to publish content, conduct interactive live events, and manage each viewer’s access to programming. Satnews publisher Silvano Payne and sales director Jill Durfee met with Fred Dugourd marketing manager of Globecomm Systems today to discuss the capabilities of Tempo. In addition, Tempo offers interactive, high quality video broadcasts with integrated polling, chat features, and captures meaningful analytics on viewing behavior and testing results to improve effectiveness of enterprise communications. The Tempo Enterprise Media Platform is hosted at Globecomm’s Network Operations Center in Hauppauge, New York, with multiple Internet Content Delivery Networks to ensure reliable service to viewers.
