International Datacasting Corporation (TSX:IDC) has announced that Denis Colbourne, Stuart Smith and Kevin Rankin have resigned from the Board of Directors — Adam Adamou has been named Chairman of the Board. The Board now consists of Mr. Adamou as Chair, Fred Godard as President & CEO, Frank Ruffolo, Del Lippert and Ron Clifton.
