XipLink is now providing optimization equipment and technology in support of a recent government contract through Tai E Trading Company Limited in Taiwan. Tai E Trading Co., Ltd. is a trading company and integrator of electronics, communication systems, radars, fire control systems, remote sensing systems, commercial radio systems, field service, business management and support.
The critical service provided from Tai E Trading Co., Ltd. will be used in a defense related network to provide the maximum performance over a large number of SCPC satellite links. Through the benefits of acceleration, compression and quality of service from the XipLink technology, the network will see an increase of bandwidth utilization of greater than 200 percent. In this scenario, the investment payback period for the XipLink appliance is less than 4 months.
