Acquisition Accomplishment… PCI Geomatics + Geospace

PCI Geomatics has acquired Geospace Inc., a provider of geospatial information and solutions. Geospace Inc., based in Albuquerque, NM, is the developer of FeatureObjeX™, a user friendly, stand alone software package combining interactive editing tools for sophisticated image analysis and feature extraction.

The combination of PCI Geomatics and Geospace creates a greater product offering to consumers and reinforces PCI as image centric experts within the marketplace. The acquisition will extend PCI Geomatics’ capabilities and increase the company’s client base. Existing agreements between each company, its customers, partners and service providers will be honored.
