Globecomm Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM) has been awarded a blanket indefinite-delivery / indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract from a global multilateral organization. The three-year contract, which includes a provision for two one-year extensions, enables the customer to procure various fixed and transportable earth stations for worldwide deployment. Several options available under the contract terms include depot spares, field installation services, extended warranty and maintenance support. The contract provides for a maximum value of up to $117 million over its term.—Hauppauge, New York
