The new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for EMS Technologies, Inc., will be the company’s current Vice President of Finance, Gary Shell. Don T. Scartz, the current CFO, is retiring after a 30-year career. Shell will hold the newly created title of Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer.
