EMS Technologies, Inc. has announced James S. (Jim) Childress, President and General Manager of LXE Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of EMS Technologies, Inc., is retiring from the business. Paul Domorski, EMS’s President and Chief Executive Officer, reported that the company had begun a search for Childress’s replacement—William H. (Bill) Roeder, a 21-year 1 veteran currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Manager, is acting as the division’s general manager in the interim period—Atlanta, Georgia
