Trailering Com Security Is A DataPath Specialty for Nat’l Guard
DataPath, Inc. is starting the delivery of 32 mobile incident site command trailers to the U.S. Army National Guard for the nationwide JISCC program. The JISCC command and control trailers feature advanced communications systems that can rapidly deploy anywhere in the U.S. to enable vital interagency communications at the site of a man-made or natural disaster. The JISCC trailers integrate secure satellite and wireless communications, land mobile radios, voice-over-IP telephones, and video teleconferencing for a complete, self-contained solution. This end-to-end system delivers high-bandwidth connectivity even where the infrastructure is severely damaged. As the prime contractor, DataPath is responsible for the integration and support of the trailer systems, including providing fly-away SATCOM terminals, engineering and training services, MaxView network control software, baseband systems and 24/7 support from DataPath’s Systems Management Center. DataPath’s partner on the JISCC program, Applied Global Technologies, supplies land mobile radio systems, engineering and services. The systems were ordered under a previously announced 16.7M/USD contract, awarded through the Worldwide Satellite Systems contract by Program Manager WIN-T‘s Commercial SATCOM Terminal Program at the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey—Duluth, Georgia
