The new Chief Financial Officer for British Sky Broadcasting Group (BSkyB) is the company’s former Director of Group Finance, M&A and Investor Relations, Mr. Andrew Griffith. The appointment goes into effect immediately and follows an extensive internal and external search process that was conducted by the company’s Board. Also joining BSkyB’s Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director is Danny Rimer, who is a General Partner with the venture capital firm Index Ventures
