Globalstar To Expand Simplex Coverage

Globalstar, Inc. [NASDAQ:GSAT) has signed an agreement with Radyne Corporation business unit AeroAstro to purchase additional AeroAstro SENS (Sensor Enabled Notification System) Appliques, which are used to expand Globalstar’s Simplex data geographic coverage. The SENS applique is a proprietary digital signal processing infrastructure component that receives and decodes asset tracking and monitoring data from field transmitters via the Globalstar satellite network.
