Failure Analysis has submitted a proposal to the NASA Johnson Space Center, International Space Station Program Office, and Houston, Texas for using telemetry prognostic technology with the International Space Station (ISS). Failure Analysis wishes to ensure ISS astronauts are protected as never before through the use of telemetry prognostic technology for predicting upcoming catastrophic space equipment failures. “Our astronauts deserve the best that our nation has to offer to protect their lives in the risky business of space”, says Dr. Len Losik, founder of Failure Analysis. “We have the only technology that does just that.” First developed and used in the 1980’s on the Boeing/U.S. Air Force Global Positioning System for predicting failures in on-board GPS satellite atomic clocks, Failure Analysis’ telemetry prognostic technology uses existing space equipment designs to identify failure precursors leading up to catastrophic failures—Salinas, California
