On August 31, 2026, the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) within the U.S. Department of Defense awarded an Other Transaction (OT) agreement to ALL.SPACE, a wholly owned subsidiary of York Space Systems, under the Adaptive Space Manufacturing and Integration at Scale (10ⁿ) Project.

The initiative targets supply chain bottlenecks across the national security space sector by deploying commercial manufacturing technologies to produce flight-qualified space and ground hardware on demand. Under the agreement, ALL.SPACE will leverage its software-defined Hydra terminal range to deliver scalable, multi-orbit satellite communications capabilities.
Terminal Parameters and Manufacturing Architecture
The 10ⁿ project was initiated to address production throughput constraints within traditional aerospace supply chains, which historically relied on low-volume, bespoke component manufacturing with multi-year lead times. As defense constellations transition toward proliferated low Earth orbit architectures, the program seeks to establish rapid assembly, automated testing, and streamlined qualification protocols capable of producing hundreds of hardware units per month and thousands annually.
ALL.SPACE will participate in an iterative Design-Build-Test and Validate/Qualify development cycle to increase space manufacturing readiness levels. The hardware focus centers on the company’s software-defined Hydra SATCOM platform, which delivers simultaneous multi-link, multi-orbit, and multi-band connectivity across Low Earth Orbit (LEO), Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO), and Highly Elliptical Orbit (HEO) networks. This builds upon the rebranding of Isotropic Systems into ALL.SPACE to pioneer multi-link smart terminals, providing network-agnostic connectivity for mobile platforms operating in contested electromagnetic environments across land, sea, and air domains.

Program Implementation Schedule
ALL.SPACE will execute hardware qualification and automated manufacturing demonstrations at its facility in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The initial phase of the agreement will focus on validating high-rate production protocols and establishing quality assurance benchmarks to ensure commercial terminal production can scale to meet operational Department of Defense requirements.
