The mission was the 111th orbital launch for SpaceX from its pad at Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) and the 200th orbital launch in total from that site. Liftoff happened at 3:02 p.m. PST (6:02 p.m. EST, 2302 UTC).
This was the 17th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched SDA-0A, SARah-2, Transporter-11, and now 14 Starlink missions.

SpaceX is now targeting Saturday, February 1 for a Falcon 9 launch of 22 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. Liftoff is targeted for 3:02 p.m. PT, with backup opportunities available until 6:47 p.m. PT. If needed, additional launch opportunities are also available Sunday, February 2 starting at 2:29 p.m. PT.

This is the 17th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched SDA-0A, SARah-2, Transporter-11, and 13 Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean.
There is the possibility that residents of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may hear one or more sonic booms during the launch, but what residents experience will depend on weather and other conditions.
SpaceX Starlink Group 11-4 smallsats to launch on Friday
A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will send another batch of Starlink V2 Mini satellites into low Earth orbit at 3:11 – 7:41 PM PST from Space Launch Complex 4E, Vandenberg SFB, California. This is a batch of satellites for the Starlink mega-constellation.
The Space Launch Complex 4E has witnessed the launch of 178 rockets, including 178 orbital launch attempts, while Vandenberg SF has been the site for 790 rocket launches.
The forecast calls for a temperature of 56°F, overcast clouds, 95% cloud cover and a wind speed of 5mph.
A little more than eight minutes after liftoff, the first stage booster will target a landing on the droneship, ‘Of Course I Still Love You,’ positioned in the Pacific Ocean.
