He is supported by Patrick Desproges, a veteran in the broadcast industry who managed this Company from 1994 to 2001. “Thomson Broadcast’s long history of innovation and its contribution to key standards bodies have made it one of the industry’s most influential companies,” said Schmidt. “As I take the helm of the organization, I look forward to continuing the pace of innovation and exploring new avenues that will allow us to maintain our place of leadership in the industry.” Schmidt replaces Nicolas Dallery.
