AIS is one of the four companies awarded the Custom Satellite Communications Solutions-Small Business (CS2-SB), part of the Future Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) Services Acquisition (FCSA). The FSCA program provides agencies all commercial satellite requirements including Fixed Satellite Services (FSS), Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) and Broadcast Satellite Services (BSS) in any commercially available frequency band. The FCSA program is a partnership between the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and General Services Administration (GSA), providing streamlined, easy-to-use contract vehicles for government commercial satellite communications. This contract modification adds to AIS’ existing offering to local, state, federal government and military branches through their GSA Schedule 70 SIN (s) 132-8 for Commercial New Equipment and 132-12 for Maintenance, Repair Service and Repair Parts/Spares.
