Marlink, a provider of maritime satellite communications, has been certified as a ‘Platinum Partner’ by Inmarsat. The Platinum status is the highest level of Inmarsat’s Partner Accreditation Programme, confirming Marlink’s strength in the MSS market with its 8000 seagoing vessels with Inmarsat equipment.

As a global provider of satellite communications services to the maritime market, Marlink is the largest partner to be awarded Platinum status. Currently, every fourth vessel going to sea with MSS on-demand satellite communications on-board has purchased the hardware and services from Marlink. The latest accreditation will enable Marlink to further develop and enhance the Inmarsat services Marlink provides to customers worldwide.
