ERMa, ScheduALL’s Enterprise Resource Management Application, enables real-time business-to-business connectivity to share resource inventories, including bandwidth, trucks, equipment and personnel, between enterprises.
AVvA, a browser-agnostic, cloud-based solution, compliments the collaboration platform by allowing independent contractors, freelancers and third-party providers to make their inventory of resources available for immediate bookings by the global ERMa and AVvA client communities within the AVvAnow.com marketplace.
Additionally, ScheduALL builds on its transmission expertise with products such as ScheduLINK, for satellite segment management, and Network Circuit Selection, for terrestrial circuits.
These solutions are enabling broadcast companies to quickly assess preferred, available delivery methods and seamlessly book, manage and resell Occasional-Use feeds, saving both the consumer and supplier money and with improved operational efficiency.
“CCW SATCON is a remarkable venue to share these newer technologies with our trusted partners and the broadcast community at large,” said Joel Ledlow, CEO, ScheduALL. “There is a sea change happening in our industry and ScheduALL is uniquely positioned to serve the collaboration needs that have been talked about for so many years.”
On the opening day of CCW/SATCON, October 13, 2010, ScheduALL CEO Joel Ledlow will present “Collaboration is Key” at 3:30pm-4:00pm at the Presentation Theater located on the exhibition floor, open to all attendees. This presentation will illustrate how collaboration can fully leverage capacity to create more projects and profitability.
ERM Application
ScheduALL’s ERM application (ERMa) enables disparate ScheduALL systems to connect and accelerate project workflows throughout the content creation to distribution supply chain. With ERMa, anyone who owns a ScheduALL system can partner and share inventories with another ScheduALL system in real time. Studios can collaborate directly with Post Production, Broadcasters can seamlessly purchase bandwidth from Satellite transmission providers, and News groups can now work with freelancers and truck companies to book resources as required from anywhere in the world.
AVvA
AVvA is a cloud-based solution that books freelancers, equipment providers, truck companies and the like, directly into workflows as if they were in-house resources. AVvA is available anywhere with an Internet connection, eliminating the need for the patchwork of e-mail and phone calls required to otherwise find, contract, schedule, manage, and report on different partners for different projects and assignments.
ScheduLINK
ScheduLINK manages highly complex inventories and avoids multi-parameter conflicts, technical mismatches and double bookings. ScheduLINK’s sophisticated logic checks help to avoid potential problems such as availability restrictions, equipment incompatibility, antenna port and look-angle conflicts, single and dual-path polarity conflicts, insufficient setup / move time, and required bandwidth capacity.
Circuit Selection
Network Circuit Selection delivers precision tools that make occasional-use network circuits available for booking and reselling. Terrestrial network providers can remotely and instantly collaborate with partners to build transmission circuits quickly and completely, based on priorities such as cost, speed, and reliability. ScheduLINK, combined with Network Circuit Selection, delivers a robust, full-scale solution that ushers the terrestrial network community into a more collaborative and efficient marketplace, providing faster responses and improved margins.
