MapMart Canada Up In Arms — ATLIS Aerials

MapMart has added a growing number of Canadian cities from the ATLIS Geomatics data set that are now available online at MapMart as well as from the free MapMart On-Demand® Toolbar. MapMart, an extensive online source of mapping and imagery data sets, announces the addition of ATLIS Geomatics 10cm-30cm aerial imagery. 

Until recently, geospatial data users had few options in purchasing aerial imagery of Canada, but ATLIS provides high-resolution Canadian data. MapMart is pleased to partner with ATLIS to offer such high quality data for the Canadian urban and rural areas in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Canadian cities that will be coming online during Q2 are:

• Calgary, AB
• Morden, MB
• Winkler, MB
• Municipalities throughout Southern Manitoba

“The quality of imagery for these cities is extremely good, 10cm per pixel or about 4-inch resolution in some cities.” said Brian Farrell, a Sales Executive at MapMart.  “This data represents a huge improvement from our previous offerings, and will be of great benefit to users of Canadian imagery.”
