Head out to Las Cruces, New Mexico, this coming October 22-23 and join with the New Mexico Space Grant Consortium, a leading global forum that brings together motivators who further the personal and commercial spaceflight businesses in both the technology and business realms. After all, space is business, too.
This is the fourth year of the symposium, which enjoys notable speakers and panelists of some of the industry’s highly respected members. Some of the speakers include: Anousheh Ansari, Space Ambassador CEO, chairman and co-founder of Prodea Systems, Inc.; Dan Barry, NASA astronaut STS-72, STS-96, STS-105 (and TV’s Survivor cast member); and Gary Payton, Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for Space Programs.
Following this program, ISPCS is bookended by other events, duly dubbed, Space Week in New Mexico, that includes: the Sugerman Public Forum, the Global Spaceport Federation (invitation only), tour NASA White Sands Test Facility and Holloman Air Force Base, and the NASA Centennial Challenge. The X PRIZE Foundation is managing the NASA Centennial Challenge again this year at Holloman Air Force Base.
