Through the World Teleport Association’s Uplink newsletter, the organization’s PRODUCT OF THE MONTH is the StellarMini e2v high power Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) outdoor satellite uplink amplifier. Weighing in at only 1.5-lbs., the StellarMini offers 180W of power. Featuring a weatherproof, rugged design, this amp can operate in extreme weather conditions, from direct rain to direct sunlight. The unit has prove reliability in temperatures ranging from -40 to +60 degrees C (-40 to +140 degrees F). The amplifiers are targeted at SNG, DSNG, civil satcom and milsatcom markets.
