The unit scales video signals in hi-def res from 480i to 1080p as well as supports legacy and hi-def formats, converts analog AV to digital and source switching. The latter allows users to connect and access multiple sources from the same display. SpikeTV‘s Video Game Awards (VGA) for 2007 were announced last Friday, even though the actual award’s show “Best and Worst of 2007” is set for this week. Amazingly enough, Halo 3 did NOT receive the top VGA—instead, that honor was given to BioShock from 2K Games, an underwater adventure that’ll leave you breathing for more! Superb 3D animation, tons of action, a solid plot and some awesome critters! Runners up in the Game of the Year category included Halo 3, Mass Effect and The Orange Box. BioShock also won the Best Shooter award, Best Graphics and Best Xbox 360 game awards.
