Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. [NASDAQ:GILT] has reported their results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2007. Revenues for the third quarter of 2007 were $71.5 million, up from $63.8 million in the same period of 2006. Net income for the third quarter of 2007 was $5.9 million or $0.14 per diluted share, compared to a net income of $2.7 million or $0.11 per diluted share in the third quarter of 2006. Non-GAAP net income (1) for the third quarter of 2007 was $6.1 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, versus a net income of $3.5 million or $0.13 per diluted share in the same quarter of 2006.
Revenues for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2007 were $209.9 million, up from $183.4 million in the comparable period of 2006. Net income for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2007 was $16.3 million or $0.39 per diluted share, compared to a net income of $6 million or $0.25 per diluted share in the same period of 2006.
