There’s a new Chief Financial Officer at Integral Systems [NASDAQ:ISYS] as of Tuesday of this week. William H. Bambarger, Jr., is the new CFO and he replaces William R. Lewis who resigned from his position as the interim CFO but will remain with the company on an interim basis retaining his position as Treasurer. Mr. Bambarger joins Integral form EnergySolutions, LLC, where he served as that company’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer—Lanham, Maryland
