COM DEV International Ltd. [TSX: CDV] has announced Terry Reidel has been appointed to its Board of Directors, as well as the Board’s Audit Committee and Human Resources and Compensation Committee. Mr. Reidel is a Fellow Chartered Accountant who had a 39-year career at Ernst & Young. For the past five years he has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Kuntz Electroplating, a privately owned automotive plating and metal finishing company with 650 employees. Mr. Reidel is also a director of Linamar Corporation and Economical Mutual Insurance Company.
