Pursuant to the contract, Globecomm will design, manufacture, and test RF electronic upgrade kits for legacy X-band satellite terminals previously deployed around the globe. The existing terminals are no longer supportable due to equipment obsolescence. Globecomm will deliver the upgrade kits which will be field retrofitted by the end customer. The Company anticipates the completion of the contract in the Company’s fiscal 2010 third quarter ending March 31, 2009.
