ETL Systems Ltd. has signed a strategic agreement with UR Group (Italy) and Aicox Soluciones S.A. (Spain)—while non-exclusive, this agreement solidifies the synergistic business relationships between the three organizations, enhancing joint capabilities in the fields of satellite communications, defence, and industrial technology solutions.
Under the agreement, the three companies have formalized a framework for collaboration to leverage their complementary expertise in design, integration, and deployment of cutting-edge communications technologies.
The initial agreement will remain in force for a term of three years. The parties also anticipate establishing formal partnership agreements as proof-of-concept projects evolve into long-term engagements.
