Visiona Tecnología Espacial, headed by the Brazilian geostationary satellite project, has chosen three companies to supply the satellite: Mitsubushi Electric Corporation- MELCO; Space Systems/Loral and Thales Alenia Space.
This begins the final stage to choose the company to supply the Brazilian Geostationary Defense and Strategic Communications Satellite, based on the specifications developed by Telebrás, which will operate the satellite.
