USEI Owner and CEO, Jim Veeder, said that the company appreciates the WTA certification program as evidence of USEI’s commitment to stay current in and be prepared for the new commercial technologies in an ever-changing satellite communications market place. As the new standard of excellence, the WTA brings into its facilities and operations outside expert investigation and evaluation which adds to the dynamic curbing of any ‘invented here’ narrow mindedness in the company's processes, procedures and technical solutions. The company's team is driven to execute every service to the same highest demanding standards of the many critical life and safety services for FAA Air Traffic Control, DoD, coalition partners and maritime ‘911’ equivalents. Excellence through pursuing perfection to achieve the consistent highest quality and reliability has always been our USEI goal.

WTA Executive Director Robert Bell said that Independent, standards-based evaluation and validation sets teleport operators apart and assures customers that they will receive the price-performance outcome they expect.
