[SatNews]  Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary DEV Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG invites broadcast industry participants to IBC 2015, September 11th through the 15th in Amsterdam at the RAI Convention Center, Stand 1.B31 Hall 1.

Quintech XTREME 256 RF Matrix Switch

The company will be displaying its latest line of L-band Matrix Switches and RF over Fiber products including: XTREME 256, ARCHIMEDES, NEXUS, and the 82, the company’s latest 8x8 Matrix Switch in 1 RU; as well as its industry leading Ka-Band Diversity SiteDWDM solutions.

According to Dan Prushnok, CEO of Quintech Electronics and Communications, Inc., “The success of all of these products over the last year has been extraordinary. Particularly, we have seen the rapid adoption of large configurations such as 128x256 and 96x640.  These systems are shipping to commercial and government customers worldwide. The XTREME 256 configurations provide 'Expansion by Reduction,' and greatly diminish plant footprint by at least 75 percent, while providing power savings of up to 85 percent.”

The XTREME 256 asymmetrical architecture (patent pending) provides for any configuration of inputs or outputs adding up to 256 in a single chassis.  For example: 64x192, 96x160 or 48x208.

These XTREME 256 features and benefits are being quickly adopted by major broadcasters in both upgrade and green-field installations.

Quintech and DEV invite media and industry participants to see the demonstrations of its next generation RF technologies at IBC 2015, Stand 1.B31 Hall 1.
