Content providers are now emerging as key buyers of wholesale telecommunications services, participants in the telecom market, and drivers of end-user demand for carriers’ services. The data centers and networks operated by top-tier content providers rival-or exceed-the scale and reach of many leading carriers’ networks. However, the business of content providers is distinctly different from that of traditional service providers, and this is reflected in their network deployment strategy. This panel discussion will feature the network strategists of some of the world’s largest content providers.
